My Avatar username constantly resets to the default "FANS*****" username.  It usually happens when I log out of the browser I use, mainly Safari and occasionally Firefox is when it resets.  I don't have any issues with changing my username back to my preferred one (twitch43) but it's a bit irritating to have to change it back all the time.  


Anyone encounter this issue and how did you resolve it?

Hi there, please double confirm if you have input your email account in your username? If so, please delete "@" on the user name. See if this helps.

I've never used the "@"  in my username but twitch43 is part of the email I used to create my DJI account.

Hi pagipl,
If "pagipl" is part of the email address you used to create your account, try selecting a different username not associated with your email address.  It worked for me.

Hi, I have the same issues, and yes: the username is part of the e-mail . It is annoying !!
Is it a solution indeed to have a username which is not contained in the e-mail string ?  (Why this strange rule ... ?? )
