Sent a P4P V2 with gimbal issues to Barendrecht earlier this month, got the UPS proof of delivery on August 13th and the status is stuck at "To be Received" ever since.

I understand there are summer holidays but that's 10 working days now. Is that normal ?

I am deeply sorry for the situation, I had urged the local team again for the feedback, and I had also escalated your case to the supervisor department for further followup on your case.  Hope there will be an update soon.
