Hi, I'm having problems updating my Mavic Pro firmware. It keeps saying update failed and cites reason 0x640d0103.


Other people have raised this as a problem in this forum, but it isn't documented how it was resolved. Can anyone please help?

I have a Samsung S8 Android version 9.

Update: all fixed now. Here is the solution to the problem I was having. Somehow the fact that the remote control was not connecting to the aircraft was causing the error (and asking to update the firmware).
