Hello there kc_case. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. May we know if your DJI Phantom 4 Pro had a hard landing or a crash that happened before? Can you please try these troubleshooting steps to see if the issue will be fixed :
1. Check whether the gimbal clamp has been removed properly.
2. Check whether the video was recorded at a place where winds are strong. The jello effect may occur in the video shot in a place where winds are strong.
3. Check whether the vibration absorbers are damaged.
4.Check whether the propellers are damaged.
5.Calibrate the IMU and the gimbal of the said drone.

I would add as advice:

1st Make sure you use the recommended SD card for your device.

2nd, fly in airplane mode on your mobile device, thus avoiding unwanted internal processes that may interfere with your flight.

3rd Stay away from metal objects, even your own vehicle as it can interfere with the smoothness of the transmission.
