hello im having an issue with playback. when i try to play files on my imac i get choppy video. its worse on 4k files. i tried most modes and fps combinations. it plays smooth on the osmo action. imac 4k retina 21.5inch 2017, 3.4ghz i5, 8gb ddr4 2400mhz, radeon pro 560 4096mb graphic card, any reason this would be happening? i did update the firmware.

May we know what is the model and the specs of the SD card you are using please and can you please try using a different suggested SD card for us to be able to isolate the said issue. For reference I will post the list of suggested SD card for the DJI Osmo Action. Thank you.
