Does anyone know if it is possible to achieve a spiral/vortex shot with the Osmo X3?

With many gimbals, it's a matter of going into 'flashlight' mode and then using the thumbpad to go left or right. Someone even posted this video, but it won't work for the X3.

The X3 doesn't do this - would it be possible to get a firmware update to allow it?

Or.. does someone know how it can be done..?

Thanks for sharing though I believe the last FW update on the X3 was in July 2017.
