The spark can't connect to anything.. it won't connect to my mobile device, controller, pc (through USB)  or anything else. I want to connect to my PC so I can reset to factory so the wifi can work again. But my laptop just doesn't recognize it. I set the" unsigned" thing on it to install the assistant and it seems working (because it runs) but right when I connect the spark I got the "unkown device" error. I tried to find the driver to fix it without luck. I hope you can help me to sort this.

Hi. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused. With regards to this concern. Kindly please try reinstalling the DJI Assistant 2 using the version from this link. If issue still persists please try a different computer to isolate the issue. Please keep us posted for further assistance. Thank you.
