When using Mavic Air 2 and connecting the SDK, the product name is displayed as'other413'. Does that mean it is not available?

The SDK doesn't currently support the MA2 as far as I'm aware (the Mini was the latest addition).

Vortex is correct - the MA2 is not yet supported by the Mobile and UX SDK which will be available Q4 2020
