Sorry my earlier serial number was wrong but once I corrected it(1581F4XFC229G007KQFX) looks like device was activated on 10-21-2022.

The seller listed himself from Georgia. He is claiming unopened box. Can you guys confirm if the activation was from Georgia. I dont need any aditional detail but that will clear if seller is fake .

The period counts from the receiving date of your original device. If you have any issue later, please feel free to contact us.

Hello, there. Sorry to hear that. According to India Import Policy, Drones are 'prohibited' except for R&D and defense use. There are no DJI Authorized Retail Stores in India to sell drones. So we cannot provide aftersales services for you. Sorry for the inconvenience caused and your understanding is highly appreciated.

Hello, there. If the device now is the replacement drone you got after you use DJI Care refresh services,  the current device will automatically bind to the original product's DJI Care Refresh, and the original service and warranty period continues.

Hi there, a product repaired/replaced under the warranty repair service will inherit the original product’s remaining warranty period, and its warranty period will not be recalculated.
