Can you help to check Warranty status of below device and send me PM?
It was not activated, but I want to check if it is still under warranty. I don’t have a copy of purchase, it was a gift to me.
Hello, there. The warranty period for a product starts on the day such product is delivered, If you cannot provide invoice or other valid proof of purchase, then the warranty period will start from 90 days after the shipping date that shows on the product, unless otherwise agreed upon between you and DJI.
You may ask the buyer of the drone and see whether they keep the receipt. |
