Hi Admins,

I can't find a way on the DJI site to check this myself, can you check on the serial for my Mavic Mini (1WGDGAM112M9FG) and tell me how old the unit is, if it was previously registered, whether it's still under warranty and if it's eligible for Care Refresh?

For your information, the warranty period starts counting from the time when the drone was purchased, it is suggested keeping the proof of purchase. As per the serial number, it is not bound to DJI Care Refresh. If you would love to purchase the DJI Care Refresh, you can get the purchase permission first by submitting a verification video as the drone had been activated over 48 hours, check out this link for the details https://repair.dji.com/en/djicare/customerupload.
