Hi there, sorry to know about the issue. You can try to plug the battery into the charger and charge it for more than 15 minutes. If possible, please test with another charger to see if it works. If it still does not work, you can send it back for further diagnosis as long as the battery is under warranty period. http://www.dji.com/support

I dont have another charger. The unit is brand new!

I have just received my DJI air 2s and a little concerned that this item has already been opened as I did not have as many stickers around the body that I have seen on other unboxing videos if I supply my serial number is it possible for someone to please check if this is genuine or if it is old stock or give me some kind of reassurance thank you
