my ip11 pro max is attached to my spark controller via an OTG cable, i then get go fly on pressing this i window pops up fly safe date base needs updating. i press update it downloads at 100% it goes to install, the spark light go to a fast flashing phone sits at 0%. Then spark goes to its usual ready to fly light configeration and window pops up on phone install failed. any ideas ?, ive tried diffrent batterys new memory card all no luck.

Spark battery charging problems
My spark was put away in my closet for only a month and now the battery won't charge, I've already checked the charger (dji original) and usb cable are in working condition.
The drone still power up with the power left in the battery but it's only showing two dots and ultimately it will discharge completely because it's not taking any charge. Please advise...
