I sent my Mavic Pro in early July 2020 for a gimbal fix in Hong Kong flagship store and choose to pick the repair unit there. Got email said it's repaired on 23 July, delivered on 30 July from repair centre.
I went to Hong Kong store in August and CS staff told me they didn't see my drone in office.
No email or phone call for a month about the repair pick up. Is it normal?
