I could previously quote other posts when replying but now I can't. The only options I see at the bottom of posts are Reply, Upvote, Downvote and Report. Am I missing something?

I can't remember this forum having a quote option.

Yeah, I've never seen a quote option on here

Previously, when I replied to a post, a section of that post would show in my reply. Now, the grey box at the start of my post (with the original poster's name) doesn't appear any more in any new posts I reply to.

It's still there and happens automatically, rather than something you can choose.
As long as you click on Reply to start your post.

Except when you reply to the first post in a thread like I've done here.
