I have tried over and over to get the pan axis to pass the balance test. Roll and tilt are excellent. The pan axis doesn't rotate when I tilt the  gimbal. It is definitely balanced but I keep getting the same result. Any ideas?


App version Android 1.2.10

Firmware 1.5.0.40. Same thing happened on the firmware that came with it before I updated. Not sure what it was.

Hi there, please make sure that the Ronin SC is physically balanced properly, if the gimbal stays still when it is tilted left and right 15° when it is powered off, you can ignore this message. Thank you.

Not the first gimbal, nor a novice at using Ronin
Prpducts I already have a Ronin S and another Ronin SC have this issue on a new ronin SC. No issues with first 2 gimbals the third gimbal has the issue
