Hi there,

I tryed to fix the error code 200 on my mavice air with the Dji assistace 2 app. I have chaged the battery up to 100%. downloded the Assistant 2 app and connected the drone with the laptop Win. 10. The app does not reconise the drone. i have tryed it with a diferent laptop and a diferent cable.
does somone know a answer to this?
I have attached a screen shot of the furthest il get.

Hello there Andre. I am sorry to read and to know that you are having these issues with your DJI Mavic Air and thank you for reaching out. Have you tried to use a different SD card for us to isolate the said issue? You may also check the troubleshooting steps below to see if the issue will still persist. - Re-insert the USB cable of the Remote Controller;
- Remove USB cable of the aircraft and SD card;
- Restart the aircraft.
