May have been answered here before - but what i the stutter coming from in my movie - ?

Rolling shutter?
Too low framrate [24]?
Bad / slow video card rate?

I mean in your editor slow it down a little bit and it should make it less noticeable.  

Increase the fps to 30 and see if that makes a difference

do you use ND filters ?
seems to me like a super fast shutter speed

I second Mini User. It looks like the shutter speed was too fast, which can be corrected with neutral density filters.

Your shutter speed should be double what your frame rate is. 24fps = 50 shutter speed and so on
