I have a problem that "factory mode" appeared on the screen of Osmo Action and can't connect the camera with mobile phone or use it
Anyone have any idea how to solve this issue
Hello there ashroof. I am sorry to read and to know that you are having this issue with your DJI Osmo Action and thank you for reaching out. Since you have done some troubleshooting steps and still the issue persist. I would recommend you to contact our DJI support team at https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav for further assistance. We have a team that will do there best to check the said camera and will give out the best resolution for this issue. Again I am sorry for the trouble and thank you for your understanding.
