9.5 mil ?  This is what you call the money shot, then.    Nice leaden clouds and yet the sun breaking through to brighten the park.

Here's a pic of the suburbs near Manchester, from the garden of my In-Laws' house. You could buy everything you see in the picture for 9.5 mil

Indeed.   Funny story - 3 years ago the owner put in for planning to build a basement under the house as a garage for his car collection.  (He owns the local skip company and is an amateur race driver).  In the listing for the property there is no garage but a bar/disco room complete with batman costume display.
