I've never had such problems with FW v.0400 before, until I upgraded to version 0510 and the next version 0670. The gimbal still goes crazy.Last weekend fligts:

Exactly  why I have never updated anything in over 3 years.
Perfectly fine, no resets, NFZ "stuff", quizzes, and general other bugs...
Nothing like a factory flashing...

Do another firmware refresh then depower, power on again and another firmware refresh, then turn off again and let drone cool down then do a imu calibration, gimbal calibrate and then a compass. It might or might not fix your issue but that is how I always update my drone and never had an issue in the years I have owned Dji.

Try doing a factory reset and go back to the first Firmware and see if that fixes the issue.

Please tell me step by step how to reset the aircraft to factory settings and go back to the first FW.
Notice DJI anti-rollback prevents downgrading FW.

And next issue. Fired up my M2P but no video transmission. What's going on???
1st boot, nothing

Before upgrading the M2P was my best drone. I don't know what happened. Will I have to send it in for repair? I'd rather not because my I1P is flightless so I will only have Ph4 to work.

I’ve gave DJI a chance to repair my M2P, last week I took it to the seller under warranty

Yesterday I've got my M2P back. It looks like new or refurbished. Anyway, new gimbal is installed.
Today I'll test it.
