All three of my Mavic 2 Pro batteries (one from the drone purchase and two from the fly more kit) are swollen and giving error messages. Does DJI have a replacement program in place? These were purchased in Summer 2018 but only have 25, 30 and 24 charging cycles respectively. Build dates are 7-2018 and 8-2018.

Hi JBurden59, sorry for that case happened. Kindly please send us an email to support@dji.com, provide a video and the serial number of the batteries, our support team will check and provide further assistance. Thanks.

The batteries are covered under manufacture warranty for 200 recharge cycles per battery or six months from the date of purchase, whichever is sooner.

My claim got denied with the "out of warranty" spiel...it makes no sense that certain customers get replacement batteries and some do not. All three of mine had less than 28 charges...by the way long time customer, you can order 3 replacements for $447.00...simply unacceptable.
