Hola a todos, mi Osmo pocket murio hoy luego de actualizarla y cargarla.
Procedi a realizar la actualizacion que me solicito la app DJI Mimo, luego cargue el producto y no volvio a funcionar. Solo pestañea una luz roja al presionar el boton de encender.
En mi país no se si existe un Servicio Tecnico, por lo cual requiero de su ayuda para solucionar este inconveniente.
Carge la camara con el cargador oficial, el cual he utilizado siempre.

Hi Hugo, sorry to hear the issue with your Osmo Pocket. If the unit is not able to be powered on properly even though there is power on it, removing the SD card doesn't help, you may try to contact the dealer or the local authorized repair center for assistance. https://www.dji.com/service/repair/centers?from=dji_repair

hola a todos #osmopoket2 a mi me paso lo mismo lo compre decidí usarlo, lo cargo pero no prende, sigue la luz verde como cargando después de 2 horas .... esta muerto cual es el plan a seguir

Hi, there. Sorry for your inconvenience. Could you please try to change to other cables or chargers to charge for more than 2 hours to see if it works? If the issue persists or there are no any lights, you are advised to contact our team via support@dji.com and send it back for further testing.

Hola, veo que esta siendo recurrente esto... El día de hoy estaba por usarla y luego de cargarla encendió e inicié proceso de calibración. A mitad de la calibración la cámara simplemente se apagó y no enciende más. ¿A alguien  le solucionaron al respecto?

Led keep blinking green 3 times while connected but there is no response on either both power buttons, connected or not. If charging cable is disconnected there is no response at all. completely dead.

Hi there, may I confirm if you mean the status LED will blink three times when charging, but the Pocket 2 cannot be turned on? Please note to press and hold the power button for a few seconds to see if it works. If still not, you may need to submit a case through the link below and send it back for further diagnosis. http://www.dji.com/support

Buenas tardes Hugo. A mi me pasó lo mismo y me asusté mucho hasta que me di cuenta que no estaba cargando. Como te respondieron abajo, si cuando lo pones a cargar parpadea 3 veces seguidas a intervalos indica que la corriente no es suficiente. La luz roja al intentar encender indica que la batería esta descargada. Cambié de cargador y encendió inmediatamente aunque a los pocos segundos se apagó porque la batería no tenia carga suficiente y me pasó lo de la luz roja. Te sugiero que cambies de cargador y verifiques que al cargar la luz verde parpadea 2 veces a intervalos. Suerte.
