Hello today i piecked up my old mavic pro was sitting for like a year changed ribbon cable turned it on and had 1,2,3,4 esc errors ... started doing update tru phone app but it crashed several times at 70%, then tried with pc all was going well till sudenly it started to connect and reconect to pc dji assistand not detecting drone. tried changing batteries, cables even pc... still nothing what can i do ? please help here is a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HIYR1gQnFmY

Before you plug in the USB wire from the Mavic to the PC/Laptop the Mavic must be powered on already otherwise the Assistant does´nt recgnize the aircraft.

Can you please try to download the DJI Assistant 2 firmware for the DJI Mavic Pro on this link ( https://www.dji.com/mavic/info#downloads ) and try to update the said DJI drone once again. You may also try using a different PC for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.
