After updating DJI FLY to 1.1.8, the preview of the image during the  flight on the smartphone tugs with Air 2. Does this version of the  application put more strain on the smartphone's processor? In previous  versions of DJI FLY the image was also not perfectly smooth, but it was  slightly jerky.

DJI Fly does take up a lot of processing power, especially with older phones that aren't as well specified.

Have you tried turning off the cache to the device/ record to the device setting ?
