¡Hola! Tengo un Mavic Pro. Les cuento que ayer me puse a calibra el Imu (sin que el drone me lo requiera). y bueno comienza con la calibración, avanza un pedazo y me da el siguiente error "N°1 El codigo de error de calibracion es -13"

¿Podrán decirme cual es el problema? ¡Gracias!

In that case try refreshing the firmware in Assistant 2 on your computer but if the error persists after that then I suggest returning it to DJI for replacement/repair

También soy de argentina mdp, y tengo un avata nuevo con un error de imu luego de actualizar al ultimo firmware, me gustaría tener una lista de pasos para recuperarlo,  no es hardware

Hello there. Sorry about the trouble. Have you ever dismantled the gimbal and camera from the aircraft or ever crashed? If so we suggest sending it back to DJI for repair. If not, please try calibrating the gimbal and the IMU. Go to Settings-Control-Gimbal Calibration. For the IMU, please go to Settings-Safety-IMU Calibration. If an SD card is installed, try removing it before calibrating. If the issue persists after calibrating, I'm afraid you need to submit a repair request on the DJI official website. You can use this link: https://repair.dji.com/ . The warranty can be applied depending on the assessment's outcome, including your unit's warranty period. We appreciate your understanding.

Temgo un Mavic Mini y ayer me pedia calibrar la imu , pero cuando llega a 96% se para y no comoleta el 100% .

Sabeis que puedo hacer ?

Firstly, may I know where did you purchase this DJI Mavic Mini? If the IMU calibration fails, please try the below methods.

1. Restart the drone. Note that the aircraft needs to be placed on a level surface and ensure that the operation is correct.

2. Confirm if the aircraft has a history of crashes.

3. Attempt to refresh the firmware version and recalibrate.

4. Ensure calibration is done in an environment free of signal interference before retrying.

Hola tengo un Mavic Mini desde noviembre de 2020, al que he dado poco uso, 23km en 4 años, lo volé por última vez en marzo de 2024, salí a volarlo en agosto y tras actualizar el firmware a través del teléfono me pidió calibrar  la IMU, inicie el proceso pero desde entonces no ha conseguido pasar del 20% del primer paso. Era la primera vez que me pedía calibrar IMU y la última. Pues no consigo finalizar el proceso. En el PC completa el del mando, pero no el de la aeronave. Cuando vuelvo a encenderlo me dice que no hay actualizaciones disponibles, me pide calibrar Brújula e Imu, calibra la brujula, pero no la IMU. He tratado de llevarlo a la configuración de fábrica,  pero no sale esa opción en el PC cuando lo conecto.
Que puedo hacer,  me invitan a mandar el paquete a Francia y me temo que los costes sean más que lo que valga el dron.
Me acaban de regalar por mi cumpleaños una cámara dji action 5 pro pack adventur y estoy por cambiarla por una Insta 360, pues que dejase de funcionar sin caídas, sin golpe y casi sin uso me he desconfiar e incluso habérselo recomendado a algún conocido.  Saben de alguna solución efectiva
