I cannot get the memory card out of the drone. I can still read the memory card on my phone but it will not spring out as usual. Your thoughts?

This happened with my Mavic Mini. It turns out over time, as I was getting the card out, it was misaligning the mechanism somehow.  I ended up getting it back into place by pushing gently perpendicular towards the bottom of the drone while ejecting it. I make sure to do that each time I eject it now, and it's worked fine since.
