Hi. I have the same problem. Installed and unistalled several times, wiped caché data, updated battery firmware and still can't have a first flight with new brand mini 2. I was using before the mini 1 and everything was ok.

Has the new firmware update helped anyone, yet?

I am sorry for my confusion, could you please provide the ticket number of the email to me? I will download the log and ask our engineers to check it.

I just bought a Mavic Mini and it's being shipped. Was this issue also resolved for the Mavic Mini? All solutions I've seen are for the Mini 2 (in spite of multiple times saying that the OP has a Mavic Mini and NOT Mini 2)
