Black and white of course, but this is one of the first 'green' neighbourhoods of Almere.
All these houses are energy neutral and they have other 'green' projects going on in their common gardens

Some are.
But other inhabitants believe it is better to keep your old car and not use it too often than buy something new with a battery.
