Hi can anyone give me advise please I’m having two issues with quick shots firstly trouble marking on my phone screen also when eventually I mark it the shot starts then the drone looses interest in staying locked on,thanks hoping for some useful tips.

Thanks but the problem is. Getting the box on the phone in the first place I try to tap sometimes get a small  circle don’t seam to be able to drag it to a box of any size but if I can I’ll make it bigger and try that

Hello there Dangerous one. Thank you for reaching out and for these information you have shared. In addition to these thread please do not use Quickshot in any of the following situations :
- When the subject is blocked for an extended period or outside the line of sight.
- When the subject is more than 50m away from the drone.
- When the subject is similar in color or pattern with the surrounding.
- When the subject is in the air.
- When the subject moves fast.
- The lighting is extremely low ( <300 lux ) or high ( > 10,000 lux ).

What phone are you using? Is it supported by DJI?

iPhone 11 Pro Max it has worked in the past just doesn’t want to play now !!

Hmmm, never seen that bug. Maybe thats what was fixed in 1.19.

Hi all can anyone give me advice the last few days Iv been getting week or no signal message when Iv flown my mini in several different locations mostly on the edge of the north sea UK so i would not think much interference even bringing it back to just feet away same message any ideas or suggestions please
