Isince 3 weeks i fly the mavic air 2..
I have a samsing s7 especially for to fly the drone and it flys good
I bought a samsung tab a7 10.3 inch tablet
After installing dji fly on my new tablet and press go fly then the screen with all the tools start up but only the background is black thus no camera view
It look if its dark but and when i switch over to my s7 phone i see the camera view
Founding on internet there are more people with this problem
So i try several possible solutions but nothing works
Wierd enough is when i shoot a picture and that works good , when you press on the play button i see the picture but thats all
I try latest firmware and the previous versions
I try 2 different cables
Other battery complete loaded
Format the sd card and try another one
Latest dji fly app and more times remove and reinstall the app
Everytime restart all devices
Factory defaults camera settings
The samsung phone works fine thus camera is not defect or damaged
I thimk its in the tablet but it is a new one latest firmware and android 10
Is there someone who have experience with this problems ?
Hello there Eric-Holland. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Can you please try using a different recommended mobile device to see if the issue will still persist. Upon checking the mobile device ( Samsung Tab A7 10.3 inch Tablet ) on the recommended mobile device list for the DJI Mavic Air 2 and for the DJI Fly application. I am sorry to say that the said mobile device is not yet recommended for the said application. There is a possibility that the Samsung Tab A7 10.3 inch Tablet will be able to work on the DJI Fly application. But however, since it's not yet optimized with the said application we cannot guaranteed if it will work all the time and if it will be able to run all the functions of the DJI Fly application while in use. In addition the mobile device needs to be 64-bit, otherwise the DJI Fly application is not compatible with the Android distribution and will not work. For reference, I will be posting the list of the recommended mobile device for the DJI Mavic Air 2 ( https://www.dji.com/mavic-air-2/downloads ). Thank you.
i read your replys and make the descission to bring back the Tablet and exchange it for one of the recommended huawai tablets. i expect this one friday and hope this one is working good. thanks for the answers and i let know if the other tablet is working

It is a software bug in the dji app. I had black screen on my P30 pro yesterday. Restart app and it was fine again.
Hey
If you read my question good , then you know i remove and reinstall the app several times.
So the problem was so you can read in the answers the processor , you need a 64bit cpu to run the app .
I Exchange the tablet in one according the list
For the next time , read first the topic before answering nonsense

The new tab a huawei works very good . No problems any more fortunetly.
10.1 inch screen so great , my recommendations for a screen like this
Also screen mirroring works very well
My problem is solved

So which tablet did you go with that now works? Wondering because I’m having SAME ISSUE with Samsung Galaxy A7 10.4”(2020 model) and don’t want to buy and return every tablet until one works.... thanx!
