Hi, I signed up for DJI Refresh Express and filled out all of the things, but then when I was finished I never received an email with the shipping label, does anyone know what could be causing this? My theory is that It's not sending me one because I accidentally put the wrong name where it says to put the dealer of where you bought the drone.

I really need the drone ASAP for something I'm working on, so if anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated.
