We have recently purchased a H20 camera for out M300 RTK aircraft.  
On the specifications page of the website it was claimed the H20 zoom camera could shoot 4k video at 30 fps.
There does not appear to be an option within the application to change the video to anything higher than 1920x1080 30fps
Is anyone able to help?

I have heard that the camera needs to be set to record zoom only and be on 2x. I will try this tomorrow and report.

I attempted to record 4K with the settings above but to no avail. The pilot app still only shows 1080p / 30. I have asked my dealer to query this with DJI and will post their response when I get it.

Issue resolved -

Start the aircraft as normal and launch the DJI Pilot app - the zoom indicator should show 5X at the top and 2X at the bottom. Now use the back button on the controller twice to exit pilot and go back to the home screen. Swipe down to see settings. You do not need to make any changes. Now tap back into the home screen and relaunch DJI Pilot. The zoom indicator should now show 10X at the top and 2X at the bottom. You should now be able to go into menu and select 4K video recording.
