HiWe have recently purchased a H20 Camera gimbal for our M300 aircraft, we use the aircraft for various types of inspection services around Australia.
A major issue we are having with this piece of equipment is the zoom lens has had moisture trapped inside of it during assembly.
This results in the camera being unusable for the first 20+ minutes of being turned on.
We have been in contact with our equipment supplier and they have given us a replacement unit,  which has the fogging issue even worse.
Does anyone know if  there a procedure to remove the moisture form the camera housing while retaining the manufacturer warranty?
This seems like a large and widespread manufacturing defect with these Cameras.
