I think ups.com has lost my drone

I bought a PHANTOM 4 PRO+ 2.0 from the DJI store but the gimbal appeared to be faulty so I sent it back to DJI as they requested but it appears UPS has lost the parcel as it has been nearly 2 weeks now with no update, i tried to file a claim with UPS but they say I cant as I am not the account holder ( I guess that is DJI ? ) Im finding this all very stressful, I have spent about £3000 trying to setup a business but have been unable to do anything with a faulty drone and now no drone at all :/

what should i do?
