To All,

We have 2 tellos that we use for training on a regular basis (Weekly)  we just installed the latest firmware update and now both are uncontrollable.  They either loose connection completely or eridact behavior with flight controller (We use the tellos with the T1s Remote Controller)

Is there a way to downgrade the firmware?

We are sorry that the firmware cannot be downgraded directly, it can only be handled in repair center.
To make out the problem, it is suggested to control the drones by Tello APP, if there is error information, please take a screenshot and provide to us. In order to provide a better service for you, please contact us via support@ryzerobotics.com.

Can you tell me which firmware you upgraded to?  I'm currently on v01.04.92.01 and I see v02.05.01.13 available.  I would stay away if you confirm that you upgraded to v02.05.01.13. Thanks in advance

Dear customer,
v01.04.92.01 is the latest version for Tello and v02.05.01.13 is for Tello EDU, you can verify whether the firmware version is the latest or not on Setting of  TELLO APP.
