Is there a way in which we can use the OSDK to control 1 or 4 propellers.

we are completing parachute safety testing and need to be able to simulate the failure by cutting 1 or 4 propellers, which is a requirement of ASTM F3322-18

No. The kill switch will stop all the motors.

That is correct and your only option as the OSDK does not give you individual control of each motor
