I am thinking of buying an Action and wanted to know if I can use my USB C microphone with it?

Great so I have got to buy a 3.5mm jack mic.  Surely the USB C port should have the connections for a mic to use the over priced converter to 3.5mm?

you got to buy CYNOVA, then use what you got.

Thanks for that DJI Stephen. So when using the CYNOVA adaptor, can I plug my USB C microphone into the USB C port of the adaptor? It is a shame that a USB C mic cannot be plugged directly into the Osmo Action port.

Only 3.5mm unless you rig an adapter up to the 3.5mm

I have bought this Hensych part, when I received the parcel, it was a CYNOVA audio adapter!

Please check out this demo video I made... hopefully DJI will take this seriously if they realize how bad the issue really is
