I see that Honor8X is on the compatibility list. I wonder if anyone has tried to use it with Honor 8 as well.

I have the Honor 8 for compatibility reasons. When I got my Spark, Honor 10 was already available, but the only guaranteed compatible device was Honor 8. It would be good if I can use it with Osmo as well.

Upon checking the mobile device ( Huawei Honor 8 ) on the recommended mobile device list for the DJI Osmo Mobile and for the DJI Fly application. I am sorry to say that the said mobile device is not yet recommended for the said gimbal and for the said application. There is a possibility that the Huawei Honor 8 will be able to work on the DJI Go application. But however, since it's not yet optimized with the said application we cannot guaranteed if it will work all the time and if it will be able to run all the functions of the DJI Go application while in use. In addition I hope that you will get the best information from our fellow DJI members who are using the Huawei Honor 8 on there DJI Osmo Mobile. Thank you.
