Hi,
I've just received my new Mavic Air 2, two hours ago. I've just plugged it into my Mac to update the firmware as recommended and pre-charged all the batteries.
So, before I ventured out for the drone's first flight I thought I'd purchase DJI Care. But when I inputted the Drone's S/N I just get the message....
"Your aircraft has been activated over 48 hours. You cannot purchase DJI Care Refresh."
I contacted DJI straight away via online chat, and the representative informed me that because the drone was bought via an unofficial retailer, who shipped it (without my knowledge) from Taiwan, I couldn't purchase DJI Care in The UK.
Is there a way to correct this admin issue, or do I have to return the drone for a refund and buy another one, making sure this time that it is a UK model?
