Does DJI expect their customers to just live with the fact that we were given no reason for the delay?

Apart from that, we were not given any info about specs, pricing or camera compatibility to keep us from buying other gimbals instead. Why is DJI doing this? Most of us professionals don't have time to wait, and were forced to buy other gimbals. I'm still one of the few who are waiting, but please, DJI, give us some info and a new release date to look forward to.

Before any DJI Support admin comes to reply with the usual "At the moment we don't have any info about new and upcoming products", know that many other DJI Support people said that to us customers, and we do not want to hear any of that nonesense again.

Let us know pricing and camera + lens compatibility, and we'll have no problem waiting a couple of weeks. Tell us when the release is, and we stop worrying about being left blind about the whole situation.
