I bought the mavic mini just before going to Switzerland last month. I have no prior experience of flying a drone. Took a lot of videos of different places but found that most of the clips are quite unstable and can only get 3 or 4 secs of usable video from each clip. Here is a link of the video and I would be highly obliged if I could get feedback on how to improve

One query is that the Mavic Mini can take videos at 2.7K resolution and not 4K, but how is youtube showing the video quality as 4K?

I would also like to mention that I was almost losing the drone over a flowing stream on one ocassion. The drone suddenly started dropping height without any imput from my side. I had panicked and thought I would lose the drone, but somehow managed to gain height and save it. Then I tried it again on a different day and different place and a similar thing happened. The drone drops suddenly without any input. I am quite scrared to fly over water now.

If you're editing, you can import 2.7k into a 4k project and it will be upscaled.

Maybe you rendered it that way?

VPS can become erratic when it can not properly detect the surface below - water being one of them.

Thanks a lot. The mavic mini gets confused above water, specially flowing water. Nowadays I am maintaining a lot of distance from water
