Help!  My Air 2 tried to come home on its own but it tried to land about 20 feet away from the home spot and thought a tree was land. It fell to the ground after hitting the branches and leaves. The gimbal broke but the rest of the device appears to be OK.

Can I use superglue on it to see if everything else is fine or do I need to send it in?  I do not want to void my Refresh.

Hi Russell, we regret to read the crash accident, it is not recommended to glue the gimbal by yourself, please start a ticket online https://repair.dji.com/repair/index?site=brandsite&from=nav and send back the drone to DJI official repair center for the diagnosis and repair service.
When filling the online repair form, please select Product Issue/ User Error according to your basic judgment. If you select Product Issue, DJI can provide a data analysis service for products under warranty to determine the cause of the accident and whether the warranty service can be provided.
