That is quite expensive. Converting the price of the unit plus the freight and tax to Sweden is about 17.999Kr and here they cost about 14.480Kr. But if you are in the US, why would you ship it to Sweden if you do not live here? Have I misunderstood something???

He lives in the States. The link shows you the cost of the country where you live but in the States this is a nice little discount of nearly $100. If you live outside the US then forget it.

OK. I thought what the link showed was the cost in US, as it was a US flag at the top of the page. So if you do not have to ship it to Sweden, then the cost vas good.

It is the cost in US dollars with the additional shipping cost in US dollars next to it depending on which country you live in. If that happens to be the US then there is no shipping costs.

I think the EASA did that deliberately. For CE classification the drone must not be able to exceed a velocity of 42.5mph, must have a switch to decrease the speed instantly to 3.5mph and have remote ID fully operable in addition to the weight limitations of each category. No DJI drone on the market today is CE certified. I've got a MA2 and will fly exactly as I am now after these rules take effect.

From what I have heard, DJI was informed on those demands so I was more thinking why they did not make the M2P a tad lighter.
Not that it would have made a lot of difference I think .

Yeah, especially as the weight difference is something like 8g - but they began R&D on the M2P in 2016 as it allegedly took two years to complete through to production and it came out over two years ago so it was probably too late by the time the EASA got their little act together. They have already delayed implementation twice. Will be interesting to see if the UK government rip it up here next year anyway.
