That is how I purchased mine and I also had a 50 dollar gift card which made it even better!!!!

Not to brag, but I happened upon a web site that sells unclaimed airline baggage/property and they had an Osmo Action (used but vgc, no box just the cam and a battery) listed for $150 (Shipped) so naturally I jumped on it not knowing if it worked or not.

Long story short, it was in excellent condition and is now my second camera angle during shoots, total right place right time kinda deal.
