I have the OM 4 and have been connecting it to a Google pixel 2. The audio on the videos I record in the MIMO app is very low to the point where you can barely hear people speaking. But when I use my normal camera app this problem doesnt exist. I tried redownloading the app but the problem still persists.

Anyone had similar problems using a google pixel.

Can you please try using a different recommended mobile device for your DJI Osmo Mobile 4 for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Upon checking the said mobile devices ( Google Pixel 2 ) that your are trying to use on your DJI Osmo Mobile 4 and with the DJI Mimo application. I am sorry to say that the said mobile devices are not recommended for the said gimbal and with the said application. We would suggest using a recommended mobile device for the DJI Osmo Mobile 4 and with the DJI Mimo application for compatibility and reliability purposes. There is a possibility that the Google Pixel 2 will be able to work on the DJI Osmo Mobile 4 and with the DJI Mimo application. But however, since it's not yet optimized with the said gimbal and with the said application we cannot guaranteed if it will work all the time and if it will be able to run all the functions of the DJI Mimo application while using it on the DJI Osmo Mobile 4. For reference I will post a link where in you can find the recommended mobile devices for the DJI Osmo Mobile 4. Thank you.
