Hi everyone,

I just bought a new Mavic 2 Pro because the first one felt down and is almost wasted. I'm sendin it back to DJI for repair.
In order to keep my previous account with DJI I want to register the new Mavic 2 in this same account. The problem is I still remember the Email but I forgot the password.
Is there any way to recover that password or getting a new one, since everytime I try to recover it I must always enter the old password to change for a new one?
Also, I want to keep the DJI 4 APP like it is now, with all the records from the beginning of my flights.

I don't want to set a new account, I want to keep the one I have.

Hi snowskier, please click "Forgot your password?" , then you are able to retrieve password by your email. As the picture below shows, hope this can help you.
