Just a reminder that if this DJI drone is a used drone and has already been activated before by the previous owner. We are sorry that the activation information of DJI drone can not be changed. Hi Will, if you mean the Forum account, unfortunately, it can not be added. Only the device which was activated with the same Forum account can be synced. Appreciate your understanding..
I want to be able to get the drone serviced from a crash and get the gimble fixed, by my dji account only has the new osmo on I cant find a way to get the used drone in so that it can be fixed.
