I connect my laptop(window) and Robomaster S1 using direct wifiAnd when I executed this code,
Connecting...Connection Refused Error  [Errno 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it


I'm using python 3.6
error occured like this.. Does anybody can help me?

Yes, I am sure. In fact, you clearly saw that by yourself. You can not connect to the S1.

Does this mean that the Robomaster S1 does not support any programming in Python?  This seems strange as the product is sold with Python support.

It does, but not through an external IDE. You have to program it using the Robomaster app and programs are uploaded to the robot and run there.

Also, it is a limited set of Python (mostly because some things make no sense considering the program runs inside the robot but also due to self imposed limitations).

I seem to want to say that 'unfortunately' we own some S1's with the understanding that we could program python with/on it. But as I understand the use cases a very VERY limited wit a S1?

As a concept the S1 has so much potential... :-(

So there is no way to run a python code locally that will connect and instruct the S1 to do some stuff?
