How do we have an update for force mobile and track 3.0 but I still can't use the "focus" wheel to actually fouce my Sony, AFTER I was told that I needed to buy the MCC Multi cable? Come on guys, I have 2 cameras that I can barely use because I can't just focus the thing.

I too have the same issue in a way....

Sony a7sii with their 24-105 lens (these are both compatible with the ronin s in your list) but using the MCC multi cable as advised I cannot get the focus wheel to work, when I try using the wheel the camera says operation not available optical zoom only.......I dont think DJI has released the update for the A7sii in particular as I dont have any info to go on

mate I have the same problem....Sony A7sii apparently compatible and not working......I can zoom with the focus wheel but I need the focus wheel to FOCUS!!

Exactly, I can zoom all day but the focus seems to only work with a prime lens, how is there not an option to switch between zoom and focus in this situation? Thanks for replying DJI Mindy, but the issues still persists even with all the recommendations in place on your sites and forums.

Hi Carlosthekiwi, for Sony A7SII, Ronin-S doesn't support pulling focus, Focus Wheel can only be used to control the zoom. Please check the details here: https://www.dji.com/support/compatibility/ronin-s/a7s2

I am having a similar issue with my Sony A7iv I want to be able to control manual focus with the wheel but can only seem to control clear image zoom. Is there a way to control focus instead or is this the same problem as others are having?
