Hello guys I am having an issue and i m wondering if someone could help me with this.
I am using the Ronin Sc with a Canon M50. It balances pretty easy and then everything works beautifull.
Recently though i decided to use it with the phone on top (Samsung J5 158gr 5,8 Inches pretty small device) so i can use the Active Track and it seems impossible!
I follow some Instructional Videos and i after i balance it manually and i start the test its never there.
Most of the times when i "lower" the tilt Axis which seems more balance that way when i start the balance test again the backwards movement check touches the Roll Axis.
I tried to make it as clear as possible and thanks in advance!
The camera has the kit lens on top 15-45mm.
